i cannot see my photo streams on my computer

I created 8 shared streams but i do not see them on my pc can anybody help me out?

i shared the streams 2 days ago and i do not see any of them except one on my pc and that only has 1 picture

iPhone 4, iOS 7

Are these the first streams you created or could you have exceeded the limit of the total number of streams?
