url info no longer appears in Spotlight Comments?

URL details of my downloaded files used to appear in in the *Spotlight Comments* section of the File Info windows, which proved very useful at times. That no longer seems to be the case as the Spotlight Comments section is consistently empty now.

How can I fix this?
