Black Border and Having to "Double-Tap" on apps

I just got a new iPod, and I noticed that you have to tap a little harder than the 4th gen. I figured I would get used to it, but sometimes it doesn't even recognize me tapping the screen. I also noticed for these two apps: Battlefield Bad Company 2 and Call of Duty Black Ops Zombies, that there is a black border around the app and I have to double tap the right of the screen to hold the shoot button down.

You may have the accessibility VoiceOver feature or another one turned on.

Triple click the home button and try going to Settings>General>Accessibility and turn VoiceOver off and any other ones off. You may have to use three fingers to scroll the screen to get there. If problems see the following for how to turn off via iTunes:

iPhone: Configuring accessibility features (including VoiceOver and Zoom)

Try:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Restore from backup. See:

iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
