Q: Phone compromised?

I had a strange email this morning with an attachment. I clicked on it without thinking. Nothing happened but I'm worried my phone may have been compromised. Any way I can check?

If you receive an email from an unknown source, do not open it.

Just be on the safe side, change your Apple ID password > Apple ID: Changing your password

Check for spyware > http://www.ehow.com/how_7630443_detect-iphone-spy-software.html
