mDNSCoreReceiveResponse: Resetting to Probing

I am getting this message in the Windows 8 Application log. The source is Bonjour Service. I completely uninstalled and re-installed all the iTune applications as specified in an Apple bulletin because mi iPod was not being recognized by iTunes. It did fix that problem but now I am having this one.
