Q: bluetooth transfer

Hi All,

Am seem to have a problem transferring an photo image I had Apple help it not got anywhere

but when I finished with them I gave it one more try and found out that I can only transfer from my macbook pro but not

from my phone I could not understand what going on.

I would appreciate a little help from anyone.
