Q: I can send and receive messge on my iPhone 4s and even call I cannot call

                           My question my iphone is been a month now for jail breaking

aand then suddenly we are going to unlock so that they can take a simcard here in

mmy country phillipines and I don't know they can not unlick and today even thought send and receive txt I cannot

rreceive hope you would help me  with this problem
