Q: mac won't print to epson

I can no longer print from my maac to my epson. By either USB connection or wifi. It just won't connect and all I did was move house.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

I tried every thing and still no luck. Is it possible to not be able to print if there is a low ink cartridge?
