Warranty in Peru (Lima)

Hello,

I bought my iPhone 5S 16GB on 10.2013 in Germany. On 12.2013 I had my first warranty case and i recieved a new device (Applestore in Cologne). Now I have again the same problem (the display sloughs, right top quarter) BUT I am in Lima until end of 01.2015!

I went to a reseller here, they told me: "yes its a case for the warranty but the next Applestore is in Rio d. J. Brasil". So ... whats now? I am not able to travel to Rio and my Applecare is just until 10.2014!
