Q: Apple print service?
Hi,
I made the mistake of ordering photographs through Apple. Not only do I have to pay ridiculous shipping charges £3.60 for 10 photographs, but I have been waiting for 6 days now and still have not received anything.
My order was dispatched on August 29 with an estimated delivery date for September 5, which in itself is ridiculous if you have to pay £3.60. But now I look at my online order status and the delivery dates have shifted to September 5 to 9, despite being despatched on August 29 and despite the £3.60 charge!
The real problem is that I cannot talk to anybody about my order. For the support telephone lines, I need to add a serial number, which I obviously do not have for photos.
If I search online about how to file a complaint of poor service, nothing exists and I am taken here...
This brings me to my question: How and where can I contact Apple to complain about their poor service?

PS. I am hoping this message goes through now, because when I used the word "complaint" in my title, a message came up saying "you are not allowed to post or create this content"!
