Okay, well a gevey sim is illegal so no further help for illegal practices here.

For the last time - contact your brother and get him to contact AT&T to unlock the phone - he was the one with the contract so will do it for him, but not for you because you have had no association beforehand.

Either you do this or just go out and buy a new phone.

DO NOT ever post personal details on a user to user support forum.

If your brother used AT&T, then you need to get your brother to unlock the phone and only AT&T can unlock it. They will not do it for you as you do not have an account and have not had one with AT&T, so tell your brother to contact AT&T and get them to unlock the phone - he was the one with the contract.

Yes. We understand what you said. The fact is, ONLY AT&T can authorize unlocking it. You will have to contact them. If you are not a current or former AT&T customer in good standing, and you do not have the original proof of purchase for a no-commitment phone purchased either directly from AT&T or one of their agents (including Apple), then they will not unlock it.

No one here can alter reality.
