Q: How can I enable two-factor authentication using the Find my iPhone app?

My country (Costa Rica) and carrier (Movistar) are on the list of supported carriers and countries for the service, but I'm not receiving the SMS verification code?

 

I can't also see an option to send that code to my "Find my iPhone" app.

 

I already asked my carrier about this and they assure me there is no block or restriction of any kind for receiving international SMS messages, particularly from Apple.
