Q: iPhone 4S - Apple logo glitch on recovery mode with 4013 error

Hi everyone, I have a iPhone 4S and it stuck on Apple logo in Recovery mode.

When I try recovery with iTunes, It show me a 4013 error...

But in the iPhone screen show's me a Apple icon with a gear and then appears Apple Logo with a progress bar but a second after, the Apple Logo appear with a 'scan line effect' like a old tv...
