If you are on the iPad's activation screen then does it not show the first character of the email address and the provider's name ? Does that not help you remember your id ?
If not then do you have any that account's downloads in your computer's iTunes library : Recovering a forgotten iTunes Store account name ?
Or can you find it via http://appleid.apple.com : Apple ID: How to find your Apple ID ?
If you can't remember or find it then you won't be able to reactivate your iPad.
