Using Wireless (Wimax) Internet with Airsplay on Airport Express

The instructions that came with my Airport Express (Airmac Express in Japan) are in Japanese. Searching the Internet, all I could come up with is this:

http://manuals.info.apple.com/MANUALS/1000/MA1613/en_US/airport_express_80211n_2 nd_gen_setup_guide.pdf

i found this too brief and not at all helpful. Am I missing something? From my first or second generation (this is the third, right?) unit, I recall there used to be stuff on Bridge mode, etc. Nothing like that in the above. Why does Apple make it so hard to find what you need?

Eventually I found this:

Ok, this seems closer to what I want. Which is to connect my speakers to an existing network. I do NOT need a new network. It seems to suggest that the Express will find my network, so I don't need to connect the AE to LAN.

One caveat, though, is this is that I use Wimax II, which has speeds of 40 to 100 Mbs. In other words, no DSL, etc. Someone recently told me I may need to use a Lan connection. And that there is a possibility it MAY not work Fortunately, the cradle for this unit has a Lan connection, designed to give a better signal to a computer. Can anyone suggest the best way to do this, keeping in mind I just want to be apple to stream music. If I don't need another network, fine. If I do, also ok.

Last, is it true that wirth the new units one can connect to both the 5mz and 2.5 mhz channels as need be automatically? I found this interesting:

Thank you!

I would start with the Wi-Max going from it's LAN port into the WAN port of the Time Capsule or Extreme, whichever is newer. The order does not explicitly matter but I recommend having the newest (and most powerful) device lead the network. Once that is done you can connect the iMac to either the Time Capsule or Extreme and it makes no difference whatsoever.

The Express can connect wirelessly and will choose whichever base station is stronger to connect to. Alternatively, you can use Ethernet to connect the Express if you wanted.

So, can I just do Wimax by Ethernet to Airport Expresss (what setup?)

OR is it better to do Wimax by Ethernet to Airport Extreme and then connect (wirelessly?) Mac and Express to Extreme?

Sounds like first is easier, but he implied second is better.

And which setup? The Apple instructions are confusing.

Thanks!
