Q: Issues downloading a TV season

Paid for a tv series and it downloaded the first episode but not the rest of the season.  My bank balance says i have been charged (pending) for the full season.  I also cant find the rest of the episodes in the purchased section of the itunes store. 

I then tried pressing the purchase season button again but i get a message saying "purchase of this item is not currently available item being modified", im not sure what that means.
