Has anyone received an email requesting the user to "Dear User, Kindly update your account below to get more space." I have never accessed the link provided suspecting that this was a hacker. Could this be the access to the recent photo hacking?

Over the last several months, I have been receiving various versions of the same email suggesting an official request from iCloud to update my settings. I have never opened the link, but with the recent news of hacking of various celebrities, perhaps all of them were victims of a similar email scam. Has anyone else received similar emails?
