When I'm importing some file with optimized media, it is create in many different folders referent another jobs that haven't any relation with job about media that I'm importing.
So, I need to manage it to save in the right location according to media subject.

You set the import location in the library properties. Select the library in the application and look in the inspector.

I do this process when I import AVCHD files (compact files from Sony FS700 camera), before the importation. It works.
In fact, I leave unchecked the "create optimized media" in every importations that I do.
Do you know if when I drag some file from a folder to fcpx browser automatically fcpx create an optimized media? Because I leave unchecked all options to create optimized media and I think it stills creating optimized media when I do this. In fact, I don't know which circumstances optimized media is created.

IIf you drag and drop to the browser FCP uses what import settings you have entered in preferences, location, tagging, optimization, proxies, etc.
