Q: Personal Hotspot

Iphone 5 personal hotspot has always worked fine but suddenly will not connect. Updates are current. Any suggestions (I use AT&T)

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.2

What happens when you try to connect? Have you questioned AT&T to make sure there are no problems at their end? Otherwise, try the suggestions in this support document. iOS: Troubleshooting Personal Hotspot

Thank you. When I try to connect, a window appears stating that Windows cannot connect to internet. I will check with ATT, then get back to the support community.

Are you actually connecting to the hotspot with the computer? Did you do anything different around the time that this began to malfunction?
