Iphone 5c bluetooth not working.

Anything wrong with iPhone 5c? I couldn't pair it with my headset. I have a motorcycle O'Neal Fastrack II Motorcycle Helmet with Bluetooth Technology. The bluetooth is built in. I have paired my iPad 1st gen, iPad 2, iPad 3, samsung galaxy note 3, and lg phones to the helmet with no issues. But my iPhone 5c keeps asking me for pin code which I have never used with other devices.when I enter the default pin "0000", it doesn't work either. Any suggestions out there please help.
