The item you've requested is not currently available in the U.S. store.

The message about not being available in the US Store is misleading, because as a rule it won't be available in any Store. This means that either it hasn't been put into the Store yet or they've decided to reject it. I can't see any reason why it should be rejected at a quick look, so I should give it a day or so and see whether it turns up.

If it doesn't you could email Support at podcasts 'at' apple.com, though their level of helpfulness is rather variable.

There isn't really anything to do except wait. The OP's podcast is now available in the Store, and several people have asked about this in the last couple of days - the Store may be going through another sticky patch. Your podcast should appear eventually.

Its been about two weeks how long do you think it will take for this to work

All you can do is email Support at podcasts 'at' apple.com but I'm afraid you may very well get a form answer telling you how to submit a podcast, which you already know.

We're having in the same problem. Happily we no longer rely on iTunes as a primary form of distribution for our podcasts but it is incredibly frustrating when the system doesn't work and Apple makes no attempt to repair It for weeks.

The episode appears when searching but not the podcast. It's possible that it may have been removed as on a quick look it appears to contain music from commercially released CDs. Is this the case? If so it's a breach of copyright, and likely to get you removed.

I too am having this problem I am curious as to what the issue is and what can be done?

Hi Roger. This error message just popped up on my iPad Air. I was streaming a netflix show to my tv (via google chromecast) and playing a game of jumbling on my iPad. I had not logged into the apple store in the last few days. Does this make any sense to you?

You've posted in a thread about podcasting, and I'm afraid I can't offer you an answer. You should ask in the iPad forum.

I Don't know if you still have the problem, there used to be a fix for it online, but now somehow gone.

For ipad : anyway, clear cookies and website data in safari settings and that annoying message will go away.
