Q: Ordering.

Hi, I ordered my Apple Care to James Madison University Bookstore - 211 Bluestone Drive, Harrisonburg Virginia 22807. There was a text sent to me today said that my package is delivered already from Apple Store. But when I came to my school bookstore and asked, they said there is no packages of mine. Can you please explain and send them to me to 1015 Lois Lane, Harrisonburg, Virginia 22801 ? Or can you please return my money? I'm really unsatisfied of this thing.
