Replacement Apple TV still won't connect to network

I was having issues with my apple tv not connecting to the network. It was working fine then Netflix started having issues and losing the connection. Then a few days later Netflix and all the other apps wouldn't load and wouldn't connect at all. I reset my router, the apple tv and still was having the issue. So i went to the Apple Store, it connected there but they still gave me a replacement apple tv. We connected it on their network and made sure it worked. I get home and start it up, it connects to the wifi but won't connect to the apple store and then says can't connect to the server. Now I can't get it to connect to anything. Do you have any idea on how to resolve this issue?
