I pre ordered an album, and can't download it?

I pre ordered the album "TRXYE" and got one song right then and there, but by the time the real album came out, nothing got downloaded, the album won't show up in purchased, and if i search the album, it doesn't even say "complete my album" or anything (even though, i already have one song from it). Instead, I just have "1 song credit" in my inventory or whatever, and more money than what the oringal purchase (or the pre order album) took away, help?

(I dont have the most recent iTunes update, and don't plan on doing so due to the condition of my laptop)

I have experienced this exact same issue for a Pre-order album as well. I would recommend canceling the Pre-order and download it again as it most likely has not been charged. This article will walk you though the process. You can also check for available downloads to see if the items are pending.
