How do i block my iPad IMEI if I have no carrier (no SIM)

Hi guys,

I am looking for some assistance from you! I recently lost my iPad and my insruance company have stated that I need to block my iPad via IMEI. The problem is that I did not have a SIM card in the device and therefore there is no carrier attached to it to be able to block it for me.

How do i block my iPad IMEI if I have no carrier (no SIM)?
