Sep 6, 2014 9:32 AM in response to patixaby joinupdots,Hi Patixa, I have been going around and around for two days and no one seems to be able to offer a solution to the feed not working, or at least not showing on the site...I now know that if you subscribe to my show then you can see the latest episodes on your phones etc, but if you are just looking at my show on iTunes then it stopped up dating two days ago...its very poor service from apple after phone calls, emails etc going around and around

Sep 6, 2014 12:19 PM in response to joinupdotsby patixa,I'm not an expert on PSM, but other threads have noted that contacting Apple support or waiting a day or two usually clears up the problem. You speak of "poor service" and "going around and around" ("like a record, baby"); how did Apple respond to your problem?

Sep 6, 2014 11:47 PM in response to patixaby joinupdots,Hi Patixa, well they didn't really respond. I went through several departments until I got to the point of being told we have to put you through to technical and nothings happened after that. You get someone trying to put you through but technical not accepting. So I got given a direct number and could never get through. And when you email support they just send you a standard "You are a new podcaster and here is how you submit to iTunes" response.
They didn't check to see that I have released 130 episodes before, and even when I responded to tell them that I'm not a new podcaster I got the same email in response.
Very poor indeed
