How do I open downloaded Ringtone maker app in iTunes?

I downloaded the free Ringtone maker in iTunes. It shows up under Apps in my iTunes page, but there is no option to open it. I've tried double-clicking but nothing happens. I have also tried right-clicking, but this only gives me the following options: Get info (just leads back to app description in app store), Show in Finder, Show in iTunes store, and Delete. I must be missing something. Could someone help me with this?

Thanks.

Limnos -

I am working on this because it seems like the ideal solution. I am stuck at "Go back to iTunes and remove from playlist." I tried to do this by right-clicking on the AAC version but it only gives me the option to delete (noting that the selection would be deleted from all devices) and does not offer the "keep file" option. I also checked the iTunes toolbar and the only option was to delete. How can I find the keep file option? Thanks.
