Unable to install enrollment profile

I have installed the trust profile which works fine. The enrollment profile works on other computers (thousands of others) but on this one particular computer, which has been re-imaged multiple times, will not enroll.

This is the error when installing from the GUI.

Error logs look like this:

Any help would be appreciated.
