I've created an apple ID but it's not working on itunes.

I've created an apple ID but it's not working on itunes. When I try, i'm asked to review my account, and the process is always failing. What should I do?

What actually happens when you review it e.g. if you are getting an error message when entering entering payment details then what does it say ?

THank you very much. Your response was very helpful. I have successfully created my account, however, I couldn't log into iCloud or download any app. When I try, I receive the following error messages "the maximum number of free account have already been created on this iPad". And "you need the latest version of iCloud". Please how can I fix this problems?? Thank you

What model iPad do you have, and what iOS version do you have on it (Settings > General >About > Available) ? If it's the first gen iPad (the one without cameras then it can be updated to iOS 5.1.1, other iPad to 7.1.2


For the 'free accounts', there is a limit (I think 3) to the number of accounts that can be created on a device - you will either need to use one of the accounts that has already been created on it, or create a new on a different iOS device or computer.
