I have updated my Word to version 5.2.2. However, every time I try to re-open my document, it shows message "need a newer version". There is no newer version and the document would not open. Help?
"Word" is not an Apple product. What are you talking about?
Word is part of Office for OS X. That version is at 14.x.x, so do you actually mean Pages? If so, then the document you have was made by an earlier version of Pages.
