I bought a new iPhone. On old iPhone save backup in iCloud. After that I recover new iPhone from this copy.
I delete this copy. And now I need this copy.
If you mean you deleted the iCloud backup, then no. It's gone. You can't restore from a backup that no longer exists.

I did not delete de Copy, It's in ICloud. But when I want to restore in another Iphone doesn't appear.
