Q: Unlocking iPhone 5s

Ok so i called my phone company and they said they'd unlock my iPhone, i got the text to go ahead and unlock my iPhone using iTunes, so far i have backed up my phone and erased it to restore, now when i connect it to iTunes it says whats in the image below and on the phone is asking me to set up but can't without a sim, as i don't have another sim I'm unable to set up with one, instead id like to do it without one, what do i do? I need it unlocking quick as I'm selling it tomorrow.
