Automatically categorize AU?

I'm irritated by logic Pro X that AU plugins are only categorized by manufacturer. I have a Waves Horizon bundle and it's a daily distraction to find the plugin I need because there are just SO MANY PLUGINS in a list!

I then discovered that Final Cut Pro X has the capability of categorizing AU plugins according to functionality. Anyone has an idea how that was done? Any hope of doing the same thing to Logic Pro X?
