Q: in-app purchase refund
Hi,
In March of 2014 we got an email about submitting a refund request for the in-app purchases my 11 year old made in 2012 for coins and such on several free apps.
The email contained a link to submit the refund which we used. The date for submitting the refund request is 04/15/2015.
I only submitted a partial list since there is no way to copy and past the order numbers from the purchase history.
In August I attempted to use the link again to submit the remaining order numbers and the link does not function any more.
I have submitted multiple emails and the responses have been cordial but unhelpful.
After finally submitting the remainder of the order numbers I was told that I had already received a refund and would need to deny charges with the credit card company!
Has anyone else had this experience and found a more straight forward solution?
