Q: Duplicated Groups in Contacts

It looked as if this was going to be helpful but when I ran teh Script it came up with the result 'missing value' but I have no idea what is missing...

Here is the script with teh name of teh primary offending duplicated group:

tell application "Contacts"

          repeat 50 times

                    set theGroup to group "Elders"

  delete theGroup

          end repeat

save

end tell

Step forward in that no Missing Value message but duplicated groups are still there despite running teh script a few times...

Sorry Linc. The answer did not solve my question - I have real difficulty in fining out how to 'reply' to the posts - this is my first time on Forums. Anyway, I am back to square one when I add 'save': I have teh 'missing value re-appear.And despite closing contacts, the duplicate groups are persistently still there!

It would seem that save is a problem.

The rogue duplicate groups are still there in abundance!
