Q: Please help remove ads!

Hi all,

Suddenly I am getting pop-up ads on my Mac Book Pro......even though I have not downloaded or installed anything new. They are everywhere, and I cannot disable them. Is this a virus? How can I get rid of it? I recently upgraded to Mavericks, but all seemed well until today. Please help--this is driving me crazy!
