Q: I am not able to download any app on iPad mini

I am not able to download any app. whenever I click on install it keeps on rotating but apps is downloaded .

Pls help.

Try disable all restrictions

Settings>General>Restrictions

Try resetting your iPad, by holding the sleep button and the home button at the same time.
