Cannot login to App store (only)

Question

Hi,I&#x27;m unable to login into the App store. Here&#x27;s what I&#x27;ve tried:1. Tried to login with the same apple ID into iTunes (OK), appleid.apple.com (OK);2. Restarted application and the whole macbook;3. Did everything from this page: OS X: "Cannot connect" or "Cannot connect to the App Store. An internet connection is required"4. Created another Apple ID from within the App Store. After this it started saying "Welcome Vladimir", on the main page, but any useful action (like &lt;View profile&gt;) reveals authentication popup, which I cannot pass, as before...How it looks: I type Apple ID and Password, then click &lt;Sign In&gt; -- nothing really happens (at least, visually). &lt;Sign In&gt; button stops "blinking" for a second or two, and then starts blinking again, just like I were not trying to login at all..Please help, I want to update to newer Mac OS X, but seem to need to login into App Store.

Try resetting the App Store and Clearing Cookies.Reset       Learned from Old Toadand if required:- Sign out of the App Store (in the Store menu)- Quit the App Store                                                - In Finder - Go&gt;Go to folder...  (or Apple-shift-G)                                                - Paste in the following "~/Library/Caches/ "                                                - It will take you to a folder.  Delete com.apple.appstore                                                - Launch the App Store.

Did not help 😟I was able to get a bit of debugging info (level 4), however, with Debug menu enabled. It&#x27;s fixed. I&#x27;ve updated to OS X 10.8.5 (surprisingly, it didn&#x27;t ask to login for this update) and now I&#x27;m able to sign in to the App Store.
