Backup corrupted or not compatible with the iPhone

I have been trying to backup my phone since yesterday and the whole of today and I am still unable to do it!


First, it hangs while trying to back up (2 out of 6). So I google for solution; deleting of backups, uninstall & reinstall etc but the issue still persist.

I have been restarting my laptop so many times as after each time it hangs, I am unable to open up iTunes again and it is really getting on my nerves!

I cant do anything on iTunes at all, not even trying to sync music!


PLEASE HELP!

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.2

Did you try deleting the lockdown folder yet?
