Logic Pro X- not all additional content downloading properly

I have just bought a brand new Macbook Pro retina display.

Just installed Logic Pro X- clicked download additional content but yet plenty of things are missing, most notably loops.

When I click the dimmed loop it gives me the option to download the content needed, once that finishes NOTHING HAPPENS.

I have deleted Logic Pro x and downloaded again, but yet can't download the additional content because apparently it's already all installed.

Apparently everything there is to download and install has already been done so..yet so many loops are missing.

Any ideas?
