Sep 7, 2014 10:07 AM in response to Suteenby TFletcher13,Have you attempted to put the device into recovery mode and update/restore your device that way through iTunes? I would suggest that next if the problem is still there i would also suggest checking to see if your device is one affected in the iPhone 5 battery recall and/or the sleep/wake button replacement program.
