Your app information could not be saved

Hello. I want to upload new version of my app. I've upload a build, added it to version information, saved it. Everything was fine. When i press "Submit for review" it says "Your app information could not be saved. Try again". I've tried again many times, but problem is still not fixed.

I am having the same issue. I've tried changing various details but with no success. I'm wondering if the issue is that according to the version history (found at the bottom of the app info page where you can select submit for review) the last status was me updating it to "prepare for upload". In the old iTunesconnect it would switch to waiting for upload almost immediately then I would use Xcode to upload the new binary. But it never changed to that. The page has always just said prepare for submission. I used Xcode and Application loader to upload builds which show in the pre-release area. I use the + button to add one of the uploaded pre-release versions, save and then attempt to submit for review, answer no to all three questions and get the unable to save error. I've sent of multiple problem reports to Apple but haven't heard anything back. Can anyone else experiencing the issue check to see if their version history still shows the version as Prepare for Upload?

Thanks,
