Your app information could not be saved

Hello. I want to upload new version of my app. I've upload a build, added it to version information, saved it. Everything was fine. When i press "Submit for review" it says "Your app information could not be saved. Try again". I've tried again many times, but problem is still not fixed.

Just had this issue myself. I created a new Archive of the app with the build number incremented. Validated and uploaded to the App Store in Xcode Organizer. Removed the old build, saved, checked the new build wasn't pending or anything in the Activity tab, then added the new build to the App, Saved and successfully Submitted for Review.

It's working now. I submit.

Apple returned me like that.

I had the same problem as well.

Here is how I resolved it:

My apps use encryption and therefore I have to upload a ERN file. With old iTunes connect you were able to upload a screenshot in an image format (e.g. PNG) of your ERN. Now with the new iTunes connect, the ERN needs to be in PDF format. So I wrapped my PNG in a PDF with a little description and then I was able to submit updates for review.

I also used Chrome to submit the apps for review (since it didn't work before with Safari) - not sure if needed though.

Same problem here. No matter what I change I can't seem to trigger it to allow me to submit.

Interestingly I am resubmitting after a rejection, and if I look in the resolution centre (using the link in the rejection email) it shows as "Your re-submitted app version is currently "Prepare for Upload" so it looks like it hasn't registered the upload...

'Contact us' open with apple. what is the betting when I get a reply it will magically just work...

Exactly the same problem. iTunes Connect saving system does not work properly. (at least with safary)

I have read all the posts and the solution is not clear and is random. (non of them work for me)

I hope Apple team will solve it soon.

Many hours of developing and then spend time trying to solve stupid problems with the upload and with the new itunes connect version ( the old was working perfectly).

My personal impression : Apple needs more skilled programmers and reviewers.

, I do not pay 80 € for this service quality.

😠

I received a reply to my resolution center post (response to a rejection) yesterday and this morning I was magically able to submit. I have had issues submitting with the new Connect a couple of times and each time I have been waiting for a response to a resolution center comment made by myself. I wonder if Connect "locks" state when it has unreplied comments.

wow, this is pretty goofy. I tried 3-4 times and was getting the same message: "Your app information could not be saved".

Spent a couple minutes doing a web search.

Then, just tried it again and it just worked. But I hadn't changed anything !

One possibility is that it took a couple minutes for the uploaded app binary to be visible to the web ui interface. Prior to that time, since it couldn't

detect the binary, it rejected the submission.

Apple really needs to clean up the web ui interface for app submission with this latest version.

From XCode 6, it actually looks like the binary submission failed (due to the usage of the IDFA (advertising identifier)). But from the web front end, it

*did* accept the binary.

It's like the two components were developed independently of each other and little effort was made to make the integration of the two components smooth/seamless.

Very poorly executed.
