How to run osx server integration tests simultaneously with multiple bots?

Environment and Scenario

We have Mac-Pro with OSX server installed. I have connected 5+ iPad minis and uploaded Unit tests and Functional Tests on to the server. The tests are running fine except they are being queued. Is there any way I can run our 3 different app's functional tests simultaneously on device?
