Q: adding questions that can be answered while students watch a video

Is there a way for me to upload questions to the course that students can then open and take notes on WHILE watching a video?  I see that they can start blank notes, but I'd like them to open questions that I created.  AND, is there a way to open the notes they take in iTunesU in another app?  I only see the option to e-mail the notes.  Thanks!

You can attach a file of questions to an assignment, or put the list in the text of the post or assignment associated with the video. Students can then copy the text into their first video note.

While iOS 7's sharing icon is currently limited to email and copying, iOS 8's "extensions" would potentially allow text notes to be sent to other applications. (The marketing text describes them as "Custom actions": http://www.apple.com/ios/ios8/developer/ .)

I also recommend that you make your interest known to Apple by filling out the feedback form:

    http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes-u_ios.html

Assume the reader has no idea what you are talking about, so be thorough in your description, including workflows and reference screenshots if applicable.

    Does that help?
