How to convert Excel to vCard?

I have 5000 contacts stored in Excel sheet and I am using Office 2010. It’s such a cumbersome task to copy each contact in Gmail for bulk emailing. Is there any online tool available through which I can convert all these contacts into single VCF file?

Any help would be appreciable…

Thanks in Advance

Instead of using a paid software, there's an easy manual trick users can use here. And the manual trick doesn't cost you even a single penny. There are three main things you need to do here:

  • Convert Excel to CSV format
  • Now import contacts to your system from the CSV file
  • Then you can contacts to VCF files

I can share this blog post here in which you can find the complete information - http://wordpress.semnaitik.com/2015/07/06/excel-to-vcard/

Those who are looking for free solution, they must try the manual trick shared in the above blog post. Hope it would be helpful.

At present time, Excel to vCard converter software is available in the market to import contacts list from an MS Excel (from 2003 to 2010) XLSX and XLS file to VCF file format. Even more, if you have CSV file and want to export all contacts in the vCard contacts folder, and then also use Excel to vCard converter software. This software can import contacts from XLSX, XLS and CSV file to VCF file easily.
