I would suggest trying to use a can of compressed air to see if you can remove any foreign debris that may be stuck under any or all of the keys on your MacBook Air's keyboard. If that doesn't resolve the problem, and you have another USB keyboard handy, you can try using that keyboard (plugged into the MBA).
If neither one works, I would suggest that you make an appointment with the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store to have them take a look.
