My screen looks like an etch a sketch. At first it would go in and out now nothing. I tried resetting - nothing worked. It is 100% charged. Any thoughts? It was not dropped or immersed in water.
Are you sure it wasn't dropped?
Some iPad users have been able to revive their dropped iPad. Turn the iPad over and give it a HARD SLAP on the back. May take several slaps.

What iPad model? Is it still within the 1-year warranty period?
Not normal. Take it to an Apple Store for evaluation.
