Q: Photo color quality help

Unfortunately, you can't change the color settings. Have you given the lens a good cleaning?

Strange. Start simple with the basics...

Try resetting your iPhone by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears. Try again to see if the problem persists.

Try enabling HDR on your device.

If that doesnt work make sure that the brightness is same on both of them.

That's a great point wyyjqbce! It may not be the camera at all but something as simple as the brightness is turned down on your screen. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to display Control Center (iOS: Understanding Control Center) and make sure that the brightness is all the way up for both devices.

Restart, reset is good advice as it often clears software glitches. Are you using the camera apps that came with the phones or third party?  If you have different camera apps do you get the same off colour results from both apps? If you download the images from each phone to your computer are there still the same colour differences between the phones? (Screens can vary slightly as well as not all come from the same supplier, some are warmer/cooler than others. If photos are the same on the computer then the difference could be the screens.) Lastly can you post some examples from the two phones?
