Processing Build in New iTunes Connect

I have the same issue... it's been in this new 'Processing status' for over 20 hours now and we cannot even submit for review.

No idea how long this could take or if there is a problem with the system?

Same issue here - it's been over 48hours for us, and we've even attempted uploading a second new binary to see if that would help - it did not.

Contacted Apple, will post here if we hear back.

Yup, same problem here as well. I uploaded a new binary with changes requests on the first drop, now it appears to be stuck in process "After builds are uploaded they will go through a processing status before they can be used."

sam issue here. Anyone know why is it like this?

That would be great if the people posting here could actually get past the "processing" stage. Selecting a build comes AFTER that. It's a wide spread problem, and Apple is yet to address it (or get back to us).

Through what channel/form/webpage etc are you folks trying to reach out to developer support about this? I honestly can't find what looks like an appropriate channel for this sort of support at all. The Contact Us page on iTunes Connect isn't a contact page at all, but a drill-down through some predefined FAQs (none of which of course matches "Help my binary is in some strange purgatory and I can't submit apps for review anymore"). There really should be an easier way to let them know there's a problem like this.

Through iTunes connect, as you have been. Drilling down will lead to an actual contact form that will allow you to submit specifics.

Still stuck - had two emails from Apple saying that they are 'Looking into it' - it's been over two weeks.

Okay, got one through. We incremented the version number, uploaded again using Yosemite, and blew through processing almost instantly. Submitted!

Yes! the new iTunes is MUCH more difficult and opaque. Thanks, Apple!

Solution: just change your version number and upload again. I had the same problem with the message BINARY FAILED.

For example:

OLD version - 1.0.0 APP OK

NEW version - 1.0.1 BINARY FAILED

CHANGED - 2.0.0 new upload and change number in

Don't forget to change the version number in itunesconnect.
